CycleService — Privacy Policy

Effective: 2026-06-17

CycleService is a bike maintenance tracker. It is built to keep your data on your own devices. This policy says exactly what the app touches and what it does not.

What the app stores

The developer cannot see your private iCloud data. Apple operates iCloud under Apple's Privacy Policy.

Apple Health

If you grant permission, CycleService reads your Outdoor Cycle workouts (date, distance, and weather condition at the time of the ride) to calculate mileage and flag wet rides. It reads this data only; it never writes to Health. Health data stays on your device and is never sent to the developer or any third party.

You can revoke this access anytime in Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › CycleService.

What the app does NOT do

By Apple's definition, CycleService collects no data.

Data you export

CSV export (rides, services, notes) writes files you choose to save or share. Where those files go afterward is up to you.

Children

CycleService is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.

Changes

Material changes will update the effective date above.
